We're in Florence , but where is David?

Blaine, Coby and I decided we needed to take a little trip and get a few pictures to look at on these cold winter days! Here we are in Florence, Italy!
The original David is in a museum - which was closed the day we were in Florence. There is a copy of the original David in the Piazza della Signori. So, off we headed to see the fake David. This David was getting cleaned. So we got to see this lovely shower curtain they placed around him. He stands naked in the Piazza all the time, but when he showers he has to be covered? Hummmm...... Well, I guess we will just have to go back again!

Here we are at the Dummo in down town Florence. The outside walls of the church behind us are all marble.

Coby and I are on the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. This is the famous "gold bridge" where all the jewelers sale their gold jewelry. We tried gelato near here. And yes it is as good as they say!
